Vontaze Burfict Contorts Cam Newton S Surgically Repaired Ankle

While his play has been significantly less dirty for the Bengals than it was for Arizona State, things got ugly on Sunday against the Panthers. Burfict chased down Cam Newton, then tackled him at the goal line, but then proceeded to contort the same ankle Newtown had offseason surgery on.

Later in the game, Burfict would do the exact same thing to the ankle of tight end Gren Olsen.

Burfict was not flagged on either play, but it will be interesting to see if the league office takes an extra look at the incident.
